How to Delete F3702

Dears,

Could you please let me know how to do this correctly? I have added the Spec ID but no Test-ID links to it (F3702 exists but no F37021 yet). Now I have trouble that I cannot delete the F3702 just created.

There is no "Delete" button on W3702A, and after I select Spec-ID go to W3702C, and Form Exit to "Delete All" then got the error message like below:

It looks like should be a simple deletion but I cannot complete it. Need some advice. Thank you!
