unable to access any url after installing and started OBIE

Hi Team,

I have installed OBIE12c on linux8 and installation got successful and when i check status all servers are in running state.

But when i trying to access {some info removed by ADMIN]home&startPage=1 or any other url like em,console getting "This site can’t be reached publicip took too long to respond"

and i have checked all logs and found below error in bipublisher log

GlobalContext.initResources: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: Failed to retrieve saw login password
RuntimeException: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: Failed to retrieve saw login password[[

Caused by: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: Failed to retrieve saw login password
