Changing default profile assigned to DB users

Hi Team,

We are using Oracle Base Database Service with version 19c version. Single CDB with single PDB. Using ASM as storage option.

We want to change FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS and PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME from default profile. Please let us know if we can do this?
