eKanban System Default value in Setup Source

Problem Description

Is there a standard functionality to Default values for the Item in Source TAB after click on ADD Button as per the given screen shot. Attached screen Shot.
Step1 - Enter Item - xxxxxx
Step2 - Click on ADD to Generate Kanban Cards
Step3 - Source TAB - ?Enter details - Item, Subinventory, Locator and Source Type as per Supplier and select the Supplier

Business is Looking for to have the Item, Subinv and Locator details to Default. Let me know if this is possible in eKanban.
