Unable to Delete Award Summary Saved in Draft After clicking save button

In Oracle Sourcing Click Award by Quote, Select Suppliers and Click Save Award Button → Notification: Award Summary Saved in Draft. Award Summary status changed to "Award in Progress". Submit Award for Approval Button is enabled on Award Summary page.

If Award is saved in draft and not yet submitted, how to cancel/delete the draft?
