MRP configuration to consider only a part of on-hand quantity according to Finish Product

In the AS-IS process all the on-hand quantity of raw material can be used to produced the bulk.

In the TO-BE process, for a new regulamentation, there will be some Finish Product that can use raw material with lot number revalidated (both revalidated and not revalidated) and other finish product that can’t use raw material revalidated (only not revalidated).

How can we reflect this new requirement to MRP?
