Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. what is the exact meaning of BATCH=10000-10010

ex:BATCH = 100-110

BATCH = 100,103,106,110

whats diff between them
