Different time saved in object usage tracking

Hello,

I noticed that the time saved in column "Date and Time Updated" in object usage tracking Detail application is not like the server time, it is showing UTC (+2:00), while our time zone is UTC (+3:00). where does this value configured?

We also notice this behavior in application P95630 in column (Submission Date/Time)!
