create-preupgradereport missing in ODA

Hi,

I am attempting to use Data Preserving Reimage (DPR) and, as per the documentation, after updating the components (agent, admin), I need to execute the following command as recommended by Oracle:

odacli create-preupgradereport -bm

But in my ODA I can see this:

odacli create-preupgradereport -bm
odacli: 'create-preupgradereport' is not an odacli command.

How is this possible?
