Not able to open the create customer OAF page

Hi,

I am unable to open the page create customer OAF page.

below is the navigation for opening the page

navigation: Receivables Manager → Customer → customer (OAF Page) → create customer (OAF page).

as soon as i click on create customer tab getting the attached error.

The page have personalization at site level and function level. When the personalization is deactivated then we are able to open the page. if not we are not able to open the page.

Appreciate the help.
