INV_DUPL_ORG_ITEM_SEG Error while calling Oracle Item API in Master organization

Hi Team,

Need help with below error we are getting while calling oracle Item API in master organization.

There already exists an Item in this Organization with the same segment values.
TABLE_NAME-- MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE
MESSAGE_NAME-- INV_DUPL_ORG_ITEM_SEG

Please advise.
