Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Use is not able to drop the inventory

i have checked the part which user wants to drop.

there is Cycle count reservation against the same. The same qty user wants to drop.

how can we proceed with this?

what will be the best approach for this case.
