Can you run a mod_plsql application (pre-APEX) in an ATP autonomous database?

I have an application written using mod_plsql and a client wants to migrate to an ATP autonomous database. I know that this is old tech and that the correct method would be to migrate the application to APEX, however I'm trying to identify if it is possible to run this through an ATP?

I believe that ORDS config files need to be amended to allow this to happen but these are locked down in ATP. Is there another way to get the client up and running or will we have to bite the bullet and migrate to APEX?

I also understand that the ATP database could be upgraded at any time and that any solution may then fail, I just need to know if this is possible right now.
