Fluid enrollment page displays cards after update to PeopleTools 8.61

Currently our fluid enrollment page displays cards that are not part of Open Enrollment because we have them set as "show if no choice" on our benefit program table. After updating to PeopleTools 8.61 they are all showing again. How do I get them hidden again?
