Upgrade Oracle Database ebs 19c to 23c

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a project where the client want to upgrade their Oracle Ebs 12.2 from database 19.22 to Oracle Database version 23ai.

for preparing ths operatoin, I would like to confirm the follownig :

1.) Is Oracle ebs 12.2 certified and fully compatible wirh Oracle Database 23c ?

2.) Could anyone please share the link to the interoperability dicument for this upgrade?

Additionally, I would be grateful if someone could highlight the new features introduced in Oracle Database 23ai compared to version 19c, especially those relevant to an EBS environnement.
