How to get lwpfconsoleEar file and redeploy

We are facing "Access Forbidden"

issue when we are trying to launch the test console button in OSB on GMX DEV env we are thing to redeploy the deployment of lwpfconsole and try
could you please tell us how to get file and it can be redeployed?
