Could we use Age-Graded Rate Table to support the new limit on catch-up for age 60-63?

To whom it may concern,

We use base benefits and are wondering if we could use the Age-Graded Rate Table to support the new limit on catch-up contributions for individuals age 60-63.

If yes, please let us know how to do it and what is the component name for this page since we could not find the component per our system admin. We are currently on PeopleSoft product and 9.2 Pum36 version. Please let us know if you need more information from me.
