We have integration from CPQ to Oracle Is there any API's to Populate the Item PD attribute details?

CCC - Integration From CPQ to SCM PD/PIM ECRN with PD details need Populated in Item PD details.

We need an API, that can communicate with the SCM and help us to post/ update the data in PD.
1.In CPQ the NPI Push Button is totally configured and tested with the xml data which we are passing to OIC successfully.

2. In OIC, the team is having the data and extracting the data from NPI Push Button.
OIC team is developing a test solution to pass the information to Fusion to check whether the details are passing properly.

3.we have reviewed the payloads and providing the BO or API to OIC, So that the data can be moved to the Fusion. Whereas there are multiple checkpoints like payloads, BO or API, the mapping of the attributes, successfully create a sample item in respective modules.
