Oracle Weblogic contains L1K certificates. Are we able to switch from L1K to ICM certs?

We currently store in keystore L1K (external) certs, but given the 1 year renewal we keep doing for maintenance, we have been wanting to switch to ICM (internal) certs, which provides a 2 year renewal period.

We attempted to install the root being ICM and wildcert as a bundle, however we got the following error message.

Any preference in certs for weblogic servers? Thanks.
