Attachment Table does not show all attachments

Hello,

We have a custom page with an advance table and an attachment table in the detail section of the advance table. The page opens with the detail section open and the attachment table does not show all the attachments. But if the details are closed and reopened in show all the attachments. Is there a way to get it to open correctly the first time?
