Map Reporting Application is not displaying dimension mappings in Hyperion Planning 11.2.15/18

Map reporting application functionality is not working from start after installing 11.2.15 latest base version.
It doesn't show any target dimensions in 'Map Dimensions' tab while creating new Mapping. The issue is same for ASO and BSO as target.

Please help.
