Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I am unable to find the records in P0411Z1, though the records are available in F0411Z1.

I need to correct the records present in F0411Z1, do we need to rectify using P0411Z1 or any other application.

What is the reason for not finding the records in P0411Z1.
