JDE Sales - Ship date based on a specific day

What is the best way to set up a JDE when the sold to customer (Example - ACME Company) should have ship dates of Tuesdays or Fridays (Or Any specific day). If I add one for each day, will that impact how they are processed?
The customer sends in POs with requested dates on all days of the week including weekends.
