Migrating Oracle EBS 12.2.12 from solaris to Aix

We are planning to migrate our Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.12 and Database 19.24 from solaris Platform to Aix Servers , we need to maintian the same application and database versions during the migration( Migration AsIs)
I would geatly appreciate any advice or experience you can share regarding the best/spped methods for excuting this migration.
