Migration from VMware

We changed from VMware to OLVM last month. I have been working on a migration ticket for close to a month. I can't get virt-v2v to work, and when I do the migration from OLVM UI, it takes days for a normal workstation to migrate.

If I run the standalone qemu convert command, it converts a 256G disk in about 15 minutes. I need to migrate close to 100 VMs; all help is appreciated.
