Activity guide for Benefits enrollment hire and rehire events
The requirement is to create an activity guide for benefits enrollment during hire and rehire events or any other Job transactions that employee is eligible for benefit enrollment.
When an employee clicks on the benefits enrollment tile to begin the new hire enrollment, they should be directed to the activity guide. Currently, the fluid activity guide for life events and open enrollment is delivered, but Oracle indicated that creating a new activity guide for job transactions like hire and rehire would require a custom solution.
Has anyone implemented this custom guide? If so, what was the technical effort involved? How has the experience been post-launch, and what issues have arisen?
