How do you query the Hold Sources form?

I've created some new hold sources but I'm unable to query them to review the configurations. I'd like to query the Hold Sources by name but the form doesn't allow me to do so.

Navigator→ Orders,Returns → Order Organizer → Tools → Create Hold Source

When I place the cursor in the Name field, I'm unable to use either Find or Query to search for a particular result. Just in case, I go to 'Clear' in the pulldown menu and select 'Record' just to make sure the form isn't expecting me to insert text.

Does anybody know of any way to query this form for a specific hold?
