EXPDP intermittent kupw%Worker entries in alert log

We are running Oracle RDBMS EE 19.24 on a Windows server 2022 platform. We run a hourly expdp job, my alert log is capturing a set of errors intermittently throughout the day, the job still completes the export successfully.
