How can vulnerabilities on 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.1.0.0 versions of WebLogic Server be resolved?

We upgraded to Essbase 21.5.5 last month and were flagged for WebLogic vulnerabilities CVE-2024-21181, CVE-2024-21175, and CVE-2024-21182. Can these vulnerabilities be resolved by patch for 21.5.6 AND/OR do we need to apply the July CPU advisory patch? What WebLogic version does 21.5.6 have?

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
