Recipient Group Email Addresses Not Populating in Outlook via DISA

Siebel v24.3, DISA v24.5, MS Outlook 2019/365

We're facing an issue with Siebel F9 when using MS Outlook via DISA 24.5. For certain recipient groups, email addresses aren’t getting populated in Outlook. However, using the Siebel Email client with the same group, the addresses populate just fine.

Configuration in Siebel Tools:

  1. Add these BC user properties to the "Quote" BC:
    • "Recipient Email Address Field": "Description" (we're using this field for email addresses just for demo).
    • "Recipient Id Field 1": "Id, Quote, Test RG" (a "Test RG" recipient group that pulls the Description field for emails).
  2. Add the Quote BC to the BO "Messaging Recipient"
