No pop up when trying to Open Account Hierarchy manager

Hi,

When I am trying to access Account hierarchy manager, it doesn't give me any pop up and nothing happens. I have GL super User access. It's not working for any of the unit.

I checked the browser setting, cleared cache and java temp files too but nothing worked.

Has someone faced the similar issue?
