Oracle Linux 9 - VMware template with guest customization fail

When I try to deploy a new virtual machine from a Oracle Linux 9 template, the network settings aren't applying correctly. I can find an error about missing /etc/machine-id file in toolsDeployPkg.log

I am in the exact situation of this RHEL kb but I can't access it. (I have support contract for OracleLinux)

Can someone could help me?
