Has anyone offered a mid year Benefit Enrollment Event in order to implement a single benefit plan?

We are planning to offer Identity Theft Protection but will not have everything in place to roll out with 2025 Open Enrollment. We would like to have a benefits enrollment event for just that one plan, but not sure how to accomplish.
