Ribbon does not Appear for the Oracle Analytics Publisher in Word, but it is available in Excel

Hi,

the Publisher tab in the ribbon of Microsoft Word disappeared. It used to exist, and I've used it several times but it just disappeared. I tried to uninstall and reinstall both the (1) Oracle Analytics Publisher and (2) Microsoft Office (as instructed in (Doc ID 2808969.1)) but I can't seem to fix the issue.

Anyone who has an idea how I can fix this? Appreciate it.
