No values found in Period Name LOV for CE > General Ledger Reconciliation Report for New Bank Acct

Hi

On R12.1.3, I've set up a new bank account but when trying to run the CE > General Ledger Reconciliation Report, I am not able to select any period from the Period Name LOV.

Not sure if I missed any steps.
