Using existing position for creating replacement JR in Oracle ORC Module

Hi Team,

We are working on the Oracle ORC module.

If an employee has resigned and we need to use the position associated with that employee to create a replacement JR while the employee is still active, how can it be done? Will the position become vacant if the termination is initiated in Oracle or will it become vacant only after the LWD of the employee i.e. once the emp has exited?

Could you please help on this one?
