OracleUniversalConnection issue while applying ESU

Hi,

I'm seeing below errors whiel applying ESUs and tried turning off OracleDBConnectionPool in jdbj & jde ini's but doesn't help.

I was under the impression that oracleDBconnectionPool was only an option that we could enable, but doesn't work even if I manually turn-off.

Any idea how to get around this or any documentation on how to configure OracleDBConnectionPool.

This is for Tr 9.2.8.2

com.peoplesoft.deployment.framework.esu.EnvSelectionException: JDBException: [DATABASE_CONNECT_FAILED] Database Connection failed for DataSource Planner - 920.
java.sql.SQLException: Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Invalid life cycle state. Check the status of the Universal Connection Pool
