customer available from backend tables but not able to fetch from front end.

Hi Team,

Our customer setup team has created a customer using workflow, we are able to query the customer from back end tables HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS_ALL, HZ_PARTIES. but the same customer is not visible when querying from front end (showing no results).

Note: tried from all the responsibilities based on Org id.
