Image file not fetched when ${OA_MEDIA} feature is used in RTF template

Hi All,

We are having trouble in using the OA_MEDIA feature to get image dynamically from the OA_MEDIA path. When we hard code the path in the custom code, we could get the image in the report, but when we use url:{concat('$[OA_MEDIA]/',.//lc_ou_logo)}, we do not see any image.

We have tried several methods/syntaxes provided by Oracle. The SSL Certificates are also valid. Still we do not see the image on the report.

Kindly guide us in getting this issue resolved.
