User-to-User from Refer on New Invite

Does OSBC only supports the format of User-to-User in the "Refer-To" header in the REFER message?

I know that if the UUI is received in the "Refer-To" header in the REFER message, the Oracle Communications Session Border Controller adds the new UUI header in the INVITE message to the destination party.

The Genesys IVR does not add the UUI in the Refer-To header, it just adds a user-to-user header in the REFER that is returned to the SBC, so the INVITE generated by the SBC does not contain the UUI.

Is there any way to pass this UUI into the new INVITE for leg C of the call?
