PV_PROCURE_REQ_V3_CI Complexity / Alternative (FS/SCM)

The new Fluid Requisition builds its Requisition via PV_PROCURE_REQ_V3_CI. However, it does so in interactive mode in a very complex way (e.g., sharing data with global between itself an the CI).

Does anyone have a more straightforward way of build a (simple) Requisition outside of this approach?
