Flag Costed=No in the inventory transactions although cost manager is active.

Hi Team,

We are on R12.2.9 and currently there are some inventory transactions which are not costed since 17-Sep-2024 till now.
From inception till 16-Sep-2024 it costed all the times and also we could close the inventory periods.
There is no upgrade done in the past few years and no patches have been applied. Currently cost manager is working but does not cost the transactions. We are unable to get the distributions/costing of the items.
