Resolved Bug: Upgrade Factory Not Able to Retrigger from Failed Point

This new document explains the issue reported when attempting to retrigger the upgrade from the failed point using the REST API End point, it fails when performing an pgrade from Siebel 15x to Siebel 24.8 using SCM #UpgradeFactory.
