Auditing on Framework pages - R12.2

Hi Team,

Can you please suggest how to do auditing/logging on framework pages in R12.2.9 instance.
As we know about form level using profile option "Sign-On:Audit Level" as responsibility level which means we could see when users have logged on/off and accessed responsibilities.

We want to monitor it for framework pages also. Could you please how to this.
