Upgrade to 19c on SUSE Cluster with Oracle Restart

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to upgrade to 19c a database that is in a cluster operating system with Suse12 SP5 and Oracle 11gR2 (11.2.0.4), the database is on Oracle ASM 11gR2 (Oracle Restart)?

If it is possible, what are the steps to follow? If not, where or in which note is it indicated that this architecture is not supported?
