Change in ESS/MSS T&L Leave display?

Did something change in the Leave Balances display in T&L? The last row displays the previous year to date instead of just what happened that pay period and it's causing a lot of employees to submit tickets thinking it was reduced from their balance. I don't remember it being like that, but I don't look at the last line often enough to say for sure. Was that a recent change?

We are on PeopleSoft V9.2 / People Tools 8.60.11 / PUM Image 48.
