Email sent to approvals link is pointing to old server

The "Purchase Order Requisition Approval" link is not correct and using an old server. How to update the server link is my issue. Checked all over Oracle and have conflicting answers.

E1 9.12

If a user clicks on the link, the screen will spin and not do anything. They can still go into JDE to approve the requisition.
