Can OEM Alert Me that PGA_Aggregate_Limit is Almost Reached?

I have applied PGA_Aggregate_Limits and Targets to my DBs. Earlier today, a PDB had 90% of its PGA limit in GBs allocated to it. That's something to avoid and it requires attention. But I had to figure out by manually checking with queries. Any way to enable alerts in Cloud Control 13c for this? Do I have to enable AWR warehousing or something?
