My Job Openings page does not display all open jobs

I am in the process testing the Fluid Recruiting homepage and noticed that on the "My Job Openings" tab not all job openings are displayed. I am currently testing access for the Talent team with the Recruiter Fluid and Recruitment Admin Fluid roles assigned to various members of the team. Depending on the recruiter that I log in as (both recruiters having the same security role assigned) I see different results on the My Job Openings tab. The only criteria that is selected is "010-Open" jobs.

What controls which open jobs display on the "My Job Openings" tile for each recruiter?
