Fluid Benefits Summary - Can't Click a Plan

Benefits > Review Employee Benefits > Benefits Summary

I am able to get to Benefits Summary and see snapshot of employee's benefits. When I click on a plan it does not show open the plan details screen. I am able to do it in our demo instance. So I am sure our configuration is missing something. Any ideas?
